Quarters 8 or the Professional Development Center for Faculty and
Staff at the Springfield Technical Community College campus. STCC
is located on the former Springfield Armory.
A great deal of restoration work is still needed on the outside of
the building. Some of that work will be done by volunteers over the
coming summer...assuming New England has a summer this year. |

| The front hallway had a lot of damage over the years. Because of the
age of the building, leaded paint could not be removed, but was instead
prepared with "liquid sandpaper" and coated with water based
paint. |
